How do I get the music and video downloads from my limewire 5 to transfer to my windows media player?

Step1
Open Windows Media Player. PC users can open it through the "Start" menu. Mac users can open it by clicking on the program icon in the dock.
Step2
Go to "File" drop-down menu and select "Open."
Step3
Select the music you’ve downloaded from LimeWire.
Transfer Music to iTunes Manually
Step1
Open the iTunes application.
Step2
Click "File" drop-down menu and select "Add to Library."
Step3
Locate and select the file you with to transfer.
Step4
Click "Choose" to begin the transfer———————
Transfer Music to Winamp Manually
Step1
Open the Winamp application.
Step2
Open your music library. You can do this by selecting "View" and then "Library" from the menu bars, or by pressing "Alt" and "L" at the same time.
Step3
Click on the "File" menu and select "Add Media to Library."
Step4
Search for the folder where your LimeWire downloads are saved. Depending on how your LimeWire program is configured, these files could be saved in several different places.
Step5
Select the music file(s) you wish to transfer and click "OK."
Step6
Use a shortcut to add individual music files to your library by right-clicking the file name and selecting "Send To" and "Add to Local Media."

click start go to my documents click on downloads then open media player and just drag and drop it
