    What are some good guitar song websites (no tabs)?

    Filed under: Song Websites;

    What are some good "how to" websites with chords, not tabs.
    I want to learn how to play some new songs without having to watch videos either.
    Thanks
    Thanks, thats the one I have been using! I didn’t mean that the website had to have no tabs on it, just that it had to have the chords as well because I don’t understand tabs one bit

    Use http://chords.fm

    Upload mp3 and it will produce chords for it. Chords will be synchronized to a song, so it is much easier to see progression. It is free. Since it is automated transcription it may take decision that human won’t make, so you could ask highly trained musician to review chords for exactly your song.

  1. Well, i don’t think any good guitar site has no tabs. You could search on 911tabs.com. They are not all tabs, its actually a search engine for different types of music. Guitar and bass only, of course. Guitar Pro, Tabs, Chords, etc.

    It takes you step by step through the basic guitar chords one by one. There’s also lesson on guitar scales, techniques and some easy songs to play.
